Registrations for vehicles purchased after the Telangana formation day (June 2) have been halted and was waiting for decision for vehicle codes. T-Government has given its decision to continue with TS as prefix. With effect from 16 Jun 2014 registrations will resume in all Telangana RTA offices. RTA officials have confirmed that necessary arrangements have been done. It is noted that T-CM KCR is using his official Fortuner vehicle bearing AP series. Government has purchased 6 Ford Endeavour vehicles for which registration is still pending. With the new policy, all numbers will remain as usual while the prefix will be replaced to TS....
